The name “CUBEAST” (pronounced “cue-beast”) is a composite of the words “cube” and “beast” to reflect the modular cubes making up the geometric exquisite corpses. The logo borrows geometry form the animal illustrations while remaining simple enough to be easily read. It maintains the modularity of the toy by reusing shapes and pieces between letters.
